Santa Marina Villas:

DIAMOND (PRESIDENTIAL 237)

Situated at the top of our 20-acre property, lies the gem of our elegant resort – our Presidential Villa.  This exclusive four-bedroom villa has been constructed to take advantage of its stunning natural setting with magnificent views over the sea, Aegean islands, (including Ancient Delos, Paros and Naxos) and part of Mykonos town, (3.5km away).  Entrance is at ground level where there is an elevator or stairs to the accommodations on the main floor and top floors.  Two sitting room areas, fully equipped kitchen and dining room on the main floor open to large terraces and the swimming pool area, (fresh water infinity pool)  The two king bedded master bedrooms and two twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms, enjoy panoramic views from their private balconies.  This villa has been refurbished in 2006.

The villa is 400 sq. meters.

Ground floor: Entrance hall with lift or stairs, gymnasium, Jacuzzi, sauna, playroom and private help quarters

First floor: Two living room areas with fireplace, (large TV/Satellite, DVD, CD player & fax upon request), dining area, kitchen (fully equipped).

LAPIS LAZULI, SAPPHIRE, EMERALD, RUBY & AMETHYST (VILLAS 238-242)

In 2005, three and four bedroom Villas with infinity Pools have been made to the highest standards with all the luxury, comfort and facilities that a guest would need to have a most memorable stay.  Each villa is a complete house with three or four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a guest bathroom, spacious sitting room and dining room, outdoor dining, fully equipped kitchen and private infinity pool. The villas are built on a hill with breathtaking sea-views. Each villa is 200-250 sq. meters.

LAPIS LAZULI &  SAPPHIRE (VILLAS 238 & 239)

Both Villas (238 & 239) have the same layout:

Ground floor: Spacious living room, (large TV/Satellite, DVD, CD player), dining area, kitchen, (fully equipped).  Two Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, (one with king bed and one with two twin beds). Guest toilet. 

Infinity Pool, (sea-water, 6m x 5m) and a large terrace with teak furniture, (lounge, sun chairs and dining).

First floor: Master Suite with en-suite bathroom and a lounge area opening to its own balconies.

EMERALD  (VILLA 240)

Ground floor: Spacious living room, (large TV/Satellite, DVD, CD player), dining area, kitchen (fully equipped).  One spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, (king bed) and sitting area. 

Infinity Pool, (sea-water, 6.45m. x 3.50m) and a large terrace with teak furniture, (lounge, sun chairs and outside dining).

First floor: Two bedrooms sharing bathroom, (one with two twin beds and one with single bed opening to double bed).  Both rooms open to their own private balconies.

AMETHYST (VILLA 241)      

Ground floor: Spacious living room, (large TV/Satellite, DVD, CD player), dining area, kitchen, (fully equipped).  One king bedded room with en-suite bathroom and one guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom, (queen bed), with individual entrance next to the main house opening to the pool area.

RUBY (VILLA 242)

Ground floor: Spacious living room, (large TV/Satellite, DVD, CD player), dining area, kitchen (fully equipped).  Two Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, (one master bedroom with king bed and one with two twin beds). 

Infinity Pool, (sea-water, 7.20m. x 3.85m), and a large terrace with teak furniture, (lounge, sun chairs, dining)

First floor: Two bedrooms sharing bathroom, (one with queen bed and one with two twin beds).  Both rooms open to their own private balconies.

PEARL (VILLA 144)

This well-appointed three-bedroom villa is situated on the hillside with magnificent views over the sea and Aegean Islands.  The accommodation is on two floors, with a spacious terrace and Jacuzzi pool on the main floor.  It has three bedrooms with two king beds each and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. 

The villa is 200 sq. meters

Ground Floor: Sitting room and dining room, opening to a spacious terrace with Jacuzzi pool, (sea-water, 4.67m x 2.60m) and breathtaking sea views. Fully equipped kitchen. 

Master room with en-suite bathroom.

First floor: One king bedded room and twin room with en-suite bathrooms.

TURQUOISE (VILLA 102)

This luxurious villa is situated within beautiful gardens overlooking Ornos bay. This four-bedroom villa has a large pool including its own garden with green lawns, palm trees and a sauna near the pool. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has 1 queen bed with its bathroom and another two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each and en-suite bathrooms.

The villa is 250 sq. meters

Ground floor: Two bedrooms, (with two twin beds each), with en-suite bathrooms
Main Floor: Sitting room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen opening to a spacious terrace with its own garden , swimming pool, (fresh-water, 12 x 5m),  sauna, teak outdoor dining, sunchairs, lounge and beautiful sea views.
First Floor: Master room, (kingsize), with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom, (queensize), with its own bathroom.

CRYSTAL (VILLA 101)

This luxurious villa is situated within beautiful gardens overlooking Ornos bay.  The two-bedroom villa has a swimming pool with a terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. It benefits lovely views over the sea. Both bedrooms have a queen bed each and en-suite bathrooms.

The villa is 70 sq. meters

Ground Floor: Sitting room, dining area, and open kitchen lead to a spacious terrace with outdoor dining, lounge, swimming pool, (fresh-water, 7,20m x 4m), and beautiful sea views.
Two bedrooms, (with two queen size beds each) and en-suite bathrooms.

Our private villas enjoy all the services and facilities of the hotel including 24-hour room-service  and twice daily housekeeping service.  All villas have private parking. 

Santa Marina offers exclusive private charters, such as private helicopter, (helipad within resort), Jet, Yacht, speed boat and limousine services.

The resort is gated with security and bodyguard or guide services upon request.

 The contemporary interiors of the villas are elegantly furnished with beautiful island colors, all recently decorated or re-furbished.  All villas have outdoor teak sun chairs, dining tables and rattan lounge sofas.

All the villas are a short walk from the main hotel facilities, restaurants and private beach.
