Overview:
Kivotos meaning ark as in the real Noah’s Ark. A
boutique hotel with a very elegant villa
atmosphere and the services, facilities and
technology of a deluxe hotel. The design, both
inside and outside the hotel, includes genuine
antiques, sculptures, contemporary fragments,
mosaics and frescoes, all created by famous
artists and local craftsmen.
Kivotos

honored every year with the International Five Star Diamond
Award from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences.

Location:
Kivotos
is located on the southern coast of the famous island of
Mykonos, on the beautiful bay of Ornos, right on the sea,
overlooking the Aegean Sea. Only 500 meters from the large
beach of Ornos with its shops, bars and tavernas, 3km from
Mykonos town and 4km from both port and airport.

Welcome
champagne upon arrival, VIP express check in/check out,

Kivotos has no
standard room type, as each one of our 39 Rooms and Suites
is totally unique in its lay-out and design.
Our Rooms and Suites feature all the amenities and luxuries
that can be found in a five star hotel such as: Satellite
TV, CD Player and fully stocked mini bar with premium
brands.
In addition to the above, all of our Rooms and Suites also
offer: Wireless Internet access free of charge, Hermes
toiletries, bed linen and bathroom towels of the highest
quality and fresh fruits and flowers daily.
Mykonian Rooms:
Double rooms
located on the ground level, fitted with one double bed or
twin beds, a small sitting area and a bathtub or shower.
Rooms with a restricted view.

Delos Rooms Sea View:
Delos rooms are fitted with a queen bed, a sitting area, a
bathroom with either a bathtub or shower and a furnished
balcony or terrace with sea view.

Byblos Rooms Sea View:
Byblos rooms are superior to the Delos rooms in that they
offer more living space in the room, featuring a comfortable
couch or chairs and a table, a queen bedroom, a bathroom
with bathtub (most of them with Jacuzzi) and a furnished
balcony or terrace with sea view.

Archipelagos Suites Sea View:
Archipelagos suites are contemporary junior suites with a
queen bedroom, an open plan living area featuring a couch
and table and a Jacuzzi bathroom that in most cases has
partial glass roof-top through which you can watch the
Aegean sky at night. All of them have furnished balconies
with marvelous sea views.

Aegean Suites Sea View:
Classical style decoration. Aegean Suites are especially
designed for comfort and privacy, featuring an ample queen
bedroom, a spacious living area and a bathroom with shower
in most cases. Their furnished balconies or terraces offer
marvelous sea views.

Mediterranean Suites Sea View:
Contemporary style decoration. Mediterranean Suites are
especially designed for comfort and privacy, featuring an
ample queen bedroom, a spacious living area, a bathroom with
Jacuzzi and some of them with separate shower. Their
furnished balconies or large terraces offer marvelous sea
views.

Those three
Suites offer a private atmosphere featuring a large king
bedroom, a stylish and very spacious living area and two
bathrooms one of them with Jacuzzi.
Balconies or
terraces are furnished with sofas and offer direct
eye-catching sea views.

Apocalypse VIP Suite Sea View:
This VIP Suite
can be used in one of the two following ways:

Two interconnecting large bedrooms, featuring two bathrooms,
one with a Jacuzzi.
>
One ample queen bedroom with a separate but interconnecting
large living room, featuring two bathrooms, one with a
Jacuzzi.
The furnished
balconies offer some marvelous sea views.

Atlantis VIP Suite with Private Pool and Sea View:
This VIP Suite
with private pool can be used in one of the two following
ways:

Two
interconnecting queen bedrooms, featuring two bathrooms,
both of them with Jacuzzi.

One ample
queen bedroom with a separate but interconnecting large
living room, featuring two bathrooms, both of them with
Jacuzzi.
The furnished
terrace in the pool offers beautiful sea views.

NOAH’S Villas Waterfront with Private Pool:
Noah’s Villa is an intimate luxury villa built in three
levels which provides its guests with exclusive privacy. Its
unique location so close to the water offers some marvellous
sea views.
The villa is separately located from all the other rooms and
suites and it consists of three floors.
On
the ground floor there is a dinning and sitting area, a mini
gym, a sauna, a bathroom and a shower with a glass wall. The
heated private pool begins from the outside and ends to
inside the villa!
On
the first floor, where the main king bedroom is located, you
can expect to find a Jacuzzi bathroom with views outside and
a balcony with a direct sea view.
The second floor is ideal for candlelight dinners or private
small gatherings as it features an antique long table and
bar for drinks. Also located on this floor, is a fully
equipped kitchen for butler service and a shower bathroom.
Noah’s villa has 3 different entries/exits (one in each
floor), an elevator to move to each floor (no interior
staircase) and a private access to the Spa centre of the
hotel.
Butler service is included in the rate.
Maximum occupancy 6 persons if all three floors are being
set up as three separate bedrooms
This type of accommodation is not suitable for children
under the age of 12.
