Blue Palace, Resort
& Spa is an ultimately romantic place; home to
251 luxurious accommodations ranging from
bungalows to suites and four private villas
placed along the shore with amazing views.
Designed with contemporary elegance, their
stylish feel is combined with indigenous natural
material and traditional techniques.
The blush color of the walls, found in many
Cretan houses, reflects the warm Cretan
hospitality and together with the clean lines
and the luxurious yet subtle interiors, blend to
an elegant design. The resort is spread out,
with stone paths surrounding the various
neighborhoods and the gardens reflect the
natural environment with olive, locust and palm
trees, herbs and enlarged pots. It is an
attribute to tradition yet reflecting
contemporary elegance.
Guest Rooms:
Reflecting the refined qualities of an elegant
interior, guest accommodation at Blue Palace,
Resort & Spa exudes a warm and inviting ambience
with every modern amenity.
Guest rooms range from the Classic to the
Superior Bungalow with Sea View and Private
Pool. They are presented with spacious
balconies, patios or verandas offering amazing
views to the cobalt sea. The four 2-Bedroom
Deluxe rooms offer a more spacious option
combining indoor and outdoor living. Most of the
guestrooms come with their own infinity pool
that looks as if it merges with the sea.
The Suites:
Suites are beautiful spaces of fine proportion,
offering impressive views of the cobalt blue of
the sea or of the beautiful gardens.
Spacious marble bathrooms are beautifully
appointed and offer various amenities ranging
from rain showers and egg shaped bathtubs to
jacuzzis with a view. Beds are covered with
Egyptian cotton sheets, piled high with pillows
and some are four poster.
Every piece of furniture along with state-of-the
art facilities and the subtle luxury of

Private Villas:
Four residential-style villas are perched above
the sea, inviting guests to indulge in the
serenity of a private sanctuary. Each two or
three-bedroom villa is free standing and
individually designed with its own verandas,
terraces, infinity-edge swimming pool, and
panoramic views.
Furnished in cool contemporary interpretations
of Oriental Mediterranean or eclectic style the
villas feature details ranging from vaulted
ceilings, creamy tiled porcelain, gazebos, cosy
fireplaces and four poster beds. Tall windows
and terrace doors lead out to wonderful outdoors
of fragrant blooms and a pavilion for relaxing
or informal dining by a private pool.

Restaurants:
In our resort emphasis is on small not big. Our
restaurants following that same logic are small
in size and as diverse and spread out in the
resort as possible. Our philosophy is to create
a unique experience on each of your treasured
evenings at Blue Palace. An extensive range of
culinary options from Asian and Italian to
Mediterranean Gourmet and Greek Cuisine are
celebrating authentic quality dining.
Bars:
The Arsenali Lounge is located under the arched
11 meter high lobby that is a faithful replica
of the 16th century Venetian Arsenali of
Heraklion town. Comfy sofas and amazing views to
the sea create the perfect backdrop for sunset
champagne cocktails. Open daily during daytime
for cocktails and light snacks until late in
evening for drinks.
The Isola Beach Bar offers beachside snacks,
cocktails and refreshments at the long beach of
the resort. Dedicated beach service.
Our new bar, Votsalo, is located by one of the
pools and is open throughout the day for fresh juices and alcoholic drinks.
142 Infinity Pools:
Endless
blue calming effect created by the 142 private
pools that merge seamlessly with the sea. The
resort is spread out and each room enjoys
unparalleled views to the cobalt sea creating a
