6 to 12 Months Before the Wedding Date:
 

> Choose a location and confirm residency/marriage requirements.

> Select date and location.  Get a rough head count and confirm group space. 

> Send save-the-date card / or magnets.

> Once the hotel group is reserved, you will be put in touch with an on-site wedding coordinator that will help plan the details of the onsite wedding itself (location on resort property, officiant, menu for reception, photographers, cake, etc.).  This person will also be your onsite coordinator for all legal issue regarding marriage requirements.
 

4 Months Before:
 

> Confirm wedding services: flowers, food, music, photographer, and hairstylist.

> Wedding site is finalized.

> Send wedding invitations

> Shop for wedding attire.

> Purchase Airfare if you have not already.
 

8 to 10 Weeks Before:
 

> Confirm all licenses, tickets, paperwork, etc.

> Order bridal party favors and gifts.
 

6 to 8 Weeks Before:
 

> Finalize guest count and confirm group activities.
 

3 to 7 days before
 

> Arrive at your destination.

> Ask the wedding coordinator or the banquet manager to show you the reception and ceremony locations.

> Meet with your coordinator and officiant to review last-minute details.

> Distribute a list of events and greeting bags (with goodies like sunscreen, local maps, flip-flops, and bottled water) to your guests’ rooms. Have your dress steamed.

Attend to personal hygiene, manicure, pedicure, waxing, and hair, etc.
