Deposits, Payments and Delivery:
A deposit of 250.00 USD or 200.00 EURO per person is required to
secure reservation. No reservation is considered confirmed until
a deposit is received. Final payment must be received no later
than 60 days prior to departure date. Payments are accepted by
credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AX and Discover), bank wire
transfer and check. Air reservations based on published fares
require full payment at time of confirmation.
A complete set of travel documents including travel vouchers,
guides, maps, contact information, 24/7 travel assistance hot
line will be received via email and mail approximately 30 days
prior of the trip.
Rates and Taxes:
All rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in
exchange rate. Travelive reserves the rights to correct any
errors in pricing. Airfare rates are not guaranteed until
ticketed and paid in full.
Change and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation penalties for land packages:

61+ Days prior to departure: 100.00 USD/EURO per person penalty
plus any incurred fees

60 - 46 Days prior to departure: 250.00 USD/EURO per person
penalty plus any incurred fees

45 - 31 Day prior to departure: 50% of total charges
>
Within 30 Days prior to arrival: 100% of total charges

Refunds will not be made for no-shows, early departures or
unused services.

Refund requests must be made in writing and are processed within
60 days.
Cancellation penalties for cruise and villa inclusive
itineraries:

71+ days or more before departure: 100.00 USD/EURO per person
penalty plus any incurred fees

70-46 days before departure: 25% of total charges
>
45-31 days before departure: 50% of total charges

Within 30 Days prior to arrival: 100% of total charges

Cancellations of air reservations are subject to the terms and
conditions set forth by the airlines.

A 25.00 USD/EURO amendment fee will apply for changes or
modifications made to itinerary once deposited.

Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellation will be
at the expense of the passenger.

Cancellation policy and penalty for villa rentals may vary.
Travel Protection and Insurance:
To avoid charges for cancellation due to covered reasons,
Travelive highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive trip
insurance.
Travelive is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft
of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury,
accidents, illness, disappointments or frustrations while on
tour, nor is Travelive responsible for any type of trip
interruption due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents and Identification:
All participants are required to secure a valid passport and
visa (if required). Failure to obtain valid travel documents
shall not create the right to cancellation or refund.
Passengers are responsible to ensure that the names printed on
the itinerary and other travel documents exactly match the first
and last name written in their passport.
Holidays:
During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities
such as museums, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited.
Air Transportation:
Air tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Air
tickets are offered based on published rates and are payable in
full at time of confirmation. Changes to flight itineraries may
result in an increased airfare, a carrier-imposed charge or, in
some instances, may not be permitted. Once travel has commenced,
routing and/or class-of-service changes are not permitted.
Additional cancellation fees are assessed by the airline on
special fares. Travelive passengers are subject to all airline
limitations, liabilities, and tariffs. Travelive is not
responsible for schedule changes or airline strikes. Some
countries charge a separate departure tax that is collected at
the airport and typically must be paid for in the local
currency. This tax is not included in your fare. Name changes
are not allowed. Travelive is not responsible for multiple
connections due to schedule changes.
Flight Changes and Delays:
Airline flight changes and delays are unfortunate, but are an
inherent risk of travel and outside the control or
responsibility of Travelive. Guests may reserve the right to
hold the airline responsible for any such delays. In the event
of a delay, the airline and not Travelive will determine the
procedure to be followed and the amenities/compensation, if any.
Hotels:
Hotels accommodations will be provided in accordance with the
itinerary. In the event that a requested hotel is unavailable,
an alternate option will be offered in an equal category.
Cruises:
Cruise accommodations are as per descriptions in the itinerary
provided by Travelive. Cruise lines reserve the right to
substitute ships on any cruise, even at the last minute.
Itinerary changes on any cruise are the sole responsibility of
the cruise line and they may be implemented at their discretion
and at the last minute based on factors beyond its control (such
as existing weather or traffic conditions). Travelive cannot
take any responsibility for ship substitutions or itinerary
changes decided by a cruise line. Special deposit, payment and
cancellation conditions apply for cruises, which are outlined
under Deposits and Payments and Change and Cancellation Policy.
Responsibility:
TRAVELIVE and/or their cooperating selling agents and/or their
suppliers of services offer their travel packages for sale only
on the express understanding that they themselves do not perform
or in any way assume liability
for the performance of the individual components transfers,
hotels, flights, car, motor coaches, etc.) of these travel
packages and act only to combine these components into a single
unit of sale for the convenience of the general public, and are
not responsible therefore, either directly or indirectly, for
any loss, accident, or injury which may result from any act,
omission, negligence in or responsible for performing or
providing these component services. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
INCURRED AS A RESULT OF DELAY, CHANGE OF SCHEDULES, ILLNESS,
WEATHER, STRIKES, HOSTILITIES, QUARANTINE, GOVERNMENT
REQUISITION OF HOTEL SPACE, OR ANY OTHER REASONS BEYOND THE
CONTROL OF TRAVELIVE OR ITS AFFILIATE TRAVEL AGENTS, SHALL BE
BORNE BY THE PASSENGER.
Acceptance:
Payment of deposit or full payment shall be deemed as consent by
the passenger to the above conditions. |
